AMFT, APCC

In my practice, I encourage curiosity and authentic self-expression based on the principle that the unattended parts of ourselves tend to keep us stuck. They become roadblocks on the path toward self-realization and a sense of wholeness. By carving out space for the healing of both old and new wounds, I believe that therapy offers an opportunity to explore your inner world while navigating life’s challenges in the presence of an empathetic other. Every person has a unique story that needs to be told and heard, given that we rarely thrive in isolation.

At the center of effective psychotherapy is a trusting relationship that is grounded in mutuality. Accordingly, I strive to create a collaborative, non-judgmental, and inclusive environment where we can address the significant forces impacting your day-to-day life. My therapeutic approach is person-centered, meaning that we focus on the goals that are most important to you. By drawing from various modalities such as psychodynamic psychotherapy, family systems theory, the Gottman method, EMDR, and mindfulness-based practices, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Somatic Experiencing, we will tailor our work to meet your specific needs. I welcome individuals, couples, and families of all cultural backgrounds and sexual orientations. My objective is to understand your story—how it has shaped your life and continues to influence your relationships with yourself and others. I am committed to supporting you in building upon your strengths and resilience so that you can cultivate the best version of yourself.
