Who I Support
I specialize in supporting neurodivergent adults and children, with a particular focus on
those navigating life with ADHD and autism. Whether you’re exploring a recent diagnosis or
have long identified as neurodivergent, my approach is grounded in deep compassion and
respect for your unique way of thinking, feeling, and experiencing the world.
I also work closely with women navigating the painful and often confusing dynamics of
abusive relationships, including narcissistic abuse. Whether you’re currently in one,
preparing to leave, or healing from the past, I offer a space that prioritizes safety, care, and
understanding.
In addition to these areas, I support clients facing anxiety, depression, or times in life that
feel stuck, disconnected, or unclear. Wherever you find yourself, you’re welcome to show up
just as you are.
How I Work
With warmth and curiosity, I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients process
trauma, reconnect with their intuition, and unburden protective parts. I often weave in
somatic techniques to support regulation and ease, especially when exploring painful
memories or emotionally charged experiences.
My style is casual, grounding, and pressure-free—therapy doesn’t need to fit a mold to be
transformative. I blend existential conversations, narrative therapy, and IFS to help you
reconnect with a sense of agency and authorship in your own life.
In our work together, you’ll have the space to fully share your story—not just to be heard,
but to gently examine your experiences from new angles. Together, we’ll look at the
patterns, pain points, and meaning woven throughout your story, while also shining light on
moments of courage, resistance, and truth—even the small ones that often go unnoticed.
This collaborative reflection can help affirm your inner strength and give voice to the
injustices you’ve carried, allowing space for healing and change.
Above all, comfort and authenticity are at the heart of my practice. My hope is that you feel
fully accepted, seen, and supported in our space together.
