About
“Where your fear is, there is your task.”
—Carl G. Jung
Life is often filled with uncertainty and doubt, yet therapy can offer clarity, grounding, and meaningful growth. I am passionate about helping individuals reclaim the strength and sense of power that fear may have taken from them. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, relationship dynamics, grief, and other emotional difficulties.
My approach is rooted in the belief that you already possess resilience and inner strength. I strive to support those who feel stuck by helping them move forward with a lighter emotional load gained. I use a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to each client’s unique needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and strength-based interventions. These methods are designed to equip you with practical skills that foster lasting and meaningful change.
I offer both in-person and online sessions and am intentional about creating a safe, supportive space for reflection, growth, and self-discovery. I look forward to supporting you on your therapeutic journey.
