About
I believe that growth begins when you feel truly seen and understood. My therapeutic approach is centered in warmth, curiosity, and care. I have experience working with individual adults and teens who want to improve their confidence, navigate anxiety or self-doubt, and strengthen their relationships.
Together, we can explore how your past experiences shape your present, while choosing how you want to show up in the next chapter of your life with more confidence and self-trust.
I specialize in Narrative Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and mindfulness-based approaches to help clients process painful emotional experiences and reconnect with their values and inherent strengths. I believe that therapy works best as a collaborative process and that we are both co-authors in your therapy journey.
You don’t have to hold everything together on your own. I’ll help you reconnect with your voice, your values, and your strength. My hope is that therapy becomes a space where we can create meaningful change that lasts beyond the therapy room.
