I believe that even in life’s most difficult moments, there is space for healing, growth, and reconnection. I work with individuals and couples navigating challenges such as anxiety, trauma, religious trauma, relationship concerns, and life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and centered on creating a space where you can feel truly seen, heard, and supported.

I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and Person-Centered Therapy to tailor our work to your unique needs. As an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist, I am committed to providing an inclusive, respectful, and nonjudgmental environment. Together, we will explore your experiences, build effective coping tools, and help you reconnect with your sense of self, clarity, and inner strength.
