About
Hi, I’m Lauren, an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor with a Master’s degree from Vanguard University.
In our sessions, you can expect a space grounded in warmth, empathetic listening, and empowerment. I take a person-centered approach and believe that therapy is not one size-fits-all. Together, we will personalize treatment to your unique needs, goals, and experiences. I draw from therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy to support you in creating meaningful and lasting change.
My experience includes working with individuals navigating substance use and addiction,
military members and their families, identity and self-esteem concerns, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, involvement in the criminal justice system, and other life challenges.
I believe therapy should be a safe and welcoming space where you can show up exactly as you are, without judgment. Whatever has brought you to therapy, you do not have to navigate it alone. It is an honor to support you as you explore your experiences, develop a deeper understanding of yourself, and move toward the life you want to create.
