AMFT

I believe that our lives are shaped by the stories we tell ourselves, and that these stories are informed by our unique cultural, societal, and relational background. Sometimes these stories can leave us feeling stuck in painful patterns, hopeless about the future, and disconnected in our relationships. I specialize in working with individuals and couples to unravel and challenge these unhelpful narratives, give voice to untold stories, and free up space to choose new ways of living that align with your values, hopes, and longings in life.

I aim to bring a curious, compassionate, and collaborative spirit to our time together, where we will focus on uncovering and amplifying the values, skills, and resources that already exist within you. I draw from several modalities in my practice including Narrative Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman Couples Therapy, and other tools depending on your needs.

Having lived outside of the US for many years, I appreciate the unique joys and struggles that come from navigating different cultures and contexts and am deeply drawn to supporting those experiencing cultural, intergenerational, or identity-related challenges. I believe in honoring your roots and relational influences while creating space for your own unique story to unfold, helping you find meaning and balance within the complex tapestry of your life. I am particularly passionate about working with couples, especially those in the LGBTQ+ community, intercultural couples, and polyamorous relationships. Whether you’re facing a specific hurdle, suffering from anxiety or depression, or seeking a deeper understanding of yourself or your relationship, I am here to support you as you make your way towards healing, connection, and growth.
