AMFT

Hello there! I am Brittany, an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s degree from Pepperdine University. My primary goal is to create a nonjudgmental, warm, and compassionate environment where you feel safe and comfortable sharing your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. You are the expert in your story, and I am here to listen and support you to help empower you to achieve personal growth, improve your relationships, and enhance your overall well-being.

I have experience working with people of all ages and backgrounds and those facing depression, anxiety, grief/loss, self-acceptance, life transitions, identity discovery, addiction/recovery, relationship issues, anger, trauma, and more. I work with children, teens, couples, LGBTQIA+, and families. I use an integrative client-centered approach with a holistic lens, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness & Meditation, Narrative Therapy, Play Therapy, Trauma-Informed, and more.

I am here to support you in developing a powerful sense of self and purpose through the exploration of your strengths and actualizing your growth. I look forward to meeting you!
