About

I hold a deep belief in every individual’s inherent capacity for growth, healing, and transformation. In the therapeutic process, I strive to create space for meaningful change while honoring the unique path each person brings into the room. At the heart of my work is the belief that healing happens in connection with others. I view therapy as a collaborative process and deeply value each client’s lived experience. My intention is to foster a space where clients feel seen, understood, and supported as they explore who they are and who they want to become.

My work is grounded in a trauma-informed, client-centered approach, with Internal Family Systems (IFS) serving as the primary framework guiding my practice. Rather than pathologizing behaviors or responses, I support clients in approaching their internal world with curiosity, compassion, and respect. I aim to help clients cultivate a deeper relationship with themselves—one rooted in understanding rather than shame. I also integrate DBT-informed skills, attachment-based perspectives, and somatic awareness into sessions. This allows therapy to be both exploratory and practical, supporting emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and a greater capacity to navigate relationships and life transitions.

My approach is further shaped by a commitment to social justice and liberation-oriented care. I believe personal healing cannot be separated from the larger systems and environments we exist within, and I strive to hold this awareness with care, humility, and sensitivity in the therapy space.

“A love ethic presupposes that everyone has the right to be free, to live fully and well.” – bell hooks
