Agne Bolsakova

APCC

My name is Agne Bolsakova and I am an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor working under supervision toward my full licensure. I am originally from Lithuania and have been residing in the United States for almost 30 years. I am fluent in Lithuanian (my native language), Russian, and English.

As a person, I bring years of experience in different facets of life: adjusting to life in a foreign country, working for large corporations, being a stay-at-home mother, and changing my career later in life to name a few.

As a counselor, my view of clients is trauma-informed and client-centered. I tend to use integrative modalities drawing from a strengths-based and solution-focused approach to best serve the individual needs of each person. I have experience working with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, life transitions/adjustments, communication, grief and loss, adult ADHD, and Christian/faith-based counseling. I am also interested in adoption-related issues.

Above all, I place high importance on the therapeutic relationship as you are the expert of your life, and I am here to listen and support you. Whether you are struggling or simply feeling “stuck”, we can look for a solution together.
