As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and former credentialed teacher, I offer a strength-based, person-centered approach to clinical supervision. I have been with WAVE since 2017 and am firmly committed to the growth of the associates I have the honor of working alongside. My professional journey is deeply shaped by both lived experience and personal loss, which has allowed my clinical orientation to organically evolve over the years. Inspired by the teachings of Eckhart Tolle, Tara Brach, and Esther Hicks, I bring an open, mindful awareness to my supervision, focusing heavily on the “here and now.”

I am an inherent believer in co-creation and view the supervision room as a collaborative space open to the beauty of the unfolding present moment. Simultaneously, my practice is firmly anchored in the highest standards of the profession, strictly adhering to all California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) ethical guidelines and legal requirements.
