About

I believe that becoming a great therapist is about far more than learning interventions or collecting clinical hours.

It’s about becoming the kind of person who can consistently sit with another human being in their pain—with confidence, humility, compassion, and authenticity.

That belief is why I became a clinical supervisor.

I don’t see supervision as a requirement to complete before licensure. I see it as one of the most important seasons of your professional life. This is where you begin transforming what you learned in graduate school into the skills, confidence, and clinical judgment that will shape the rest of your career.

My goal isn’t simply to help you become licensed.

My goal is to help you become the therapist your future clients deserve.

I believe every clinician already possesses strengths worth building upon. My role is to help you recognize those strengths, challenge the areas where you feel stuck, and create an environment where you can grow without fear of judgment. I want supervision to be a place where you can ask difficult questions, make mistakes, wrestle with uncertainty, and leave feeling more capable than when you arrived.

Together, we’ll move beyond simply asking, “What intervention should I use?” We’ll explore why people struggle, how relationships shape healing, and what it means to create genuine change. We’ll deepen your clinical thinking while also paying attention to something equally important: the therapist sitting in the room. Because who you are is just as important as what you know.

My supervision style is collaborative, supportive, honest, and growth-oriented. I’ll celebrate your successes, challenge your blind spots, and encourage you to stretch beyond your comfort zone. You’ll receive practical feedback, thoughtful guidance, and the kind of mentorship that helps you develop confidence in your own clinical voice rather than becoming a copy of someone else.

At WAVE Therapy, we believe our associates deserve more than supervision that simply fulfills a licensing requirement. We believe they deserve mentorship, investment, and a community committed to helping them become exceptional clinicians.

If we work together, my hope is that years from now you’ll look back on this season not as the time you completed your hours, but as the time you truly learned how to be a therapist.

You don’t have to become the therapist you hope to be alone. You show up willing to learn; we’ll grow together.
