About
No matter who you are, life can get messy. You deserve a space to lay it all out and work through it.
My goal is to help you learn to nurture every part of yourself (especially the parts that may feel embarrassing, vulnerable, or wrong) so that you can move through the world as the most genuine version of yourself.
Self-awareness, self-compassion, and neurodiversity are key pillars of my work. I believe that everyone’s mind is unique and working with those idiosyncrasies, not against them, is how we thrive.
My work is rooted in evidence-based practices including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).
I specialize in working with individuals, teens, and couples working to address anxiety, depression, communication, emotional regulation, neurodivergence, and more.
Together we can find your joy, build connections, and grow with purpose.
