About

About Me & Background

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), and I’ve been practicing since 2014. With over a decade of experience, I’m passionate about helping people create positive change and build the life and relationships they want. Whether you’re working through major life transitions, relationship challenges, or personal struggles, I’m here to support you with compassion, practical tools, and a collaborative approach.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked extensively with women to assist in empowerment, healing from past wounds, and navigating life after trauma. I also have experience supporting adults overcoming addiction and mental illness challenges, and I’ve worked with individuals in the CalWORKs program, helping them rebuild thor confidence and return to work.

What Clients Can Expect

Change can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to go through it alone. I’m here to help you navigate the hard moments, gain insight, and develop healthier ways to think, feel, and cope. My goal is to create a safe space where you feel truly heard and understood, and where therapy is tailored to your needs and goals. Together, we’ll work toward building your confidence, shifting unhelpful patterns, and creating stronger, more fulfilling relationships.

If you’re ready to take the first step, I’m here to walk alongside you.
