About
Hello!
My name is Leah and I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor who is working towards licensure. My approach utilizes an eclectic blend of theoretical approaches and is grounded in warmth, empathy, and open-mindedness. My experience includes working with people of all ages and backgrounds, including children, adolescents, adults, and couples.
Reaching out can be the hardest step, and I am confident that we can work together to achieve your goals. Some people come to therapy knowing exactly what they want to work on, and others know that they want help and are unsure where to start. Either way, I am ready and excited to work with you.
I am passionate about creating a safe and supportive space where you can address whatever you hold in your heart. Together we can explore your emotions, look at your thoughts and behaviors, and begin to create change with a person-centered approach.
I believe that you are the expert on your life, and my job is to work together with you to help you grow and make the changes that you want to see in life. Together, we will create goals, build on your strengths, and develop new skills to support your growth.
I look forward to walking alongside you during your therapeutic journey. Let’s make lasting changes together.
