About
Whether you’re navigating a major life transition, feeling stuck, or simply looking for a space to understand yourself and your relationships better, you’re in the right place.
I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) and a proud San Diego native
dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and self-awareness. As a bilingual therapist, I provide therapy in both English and Spanish, creating a welcoming space where you can express yourself in the language that feels most natural.
I have a special passion for working with teens as they navigate academic pressures, identity exploration, relationship challenges, family transitions, and other milestones of adolescence. I also enjoy supporting members of the LGBTQ+ community, individuals and families during the perinatal period, couples seeking to strengthen their relationships, and families working toward healthier communication and deeper connection.
My approach is person-centered and grounded in the belief that everyone has the capacity for growth. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and somatic approaches to help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and physical experiences.
I strive to create a therapeutic relationship rooted in curiosity, compassion, and genuine connection, where you feel heard, respected, and supported. I hope that you leave each
session feeling more grounded, more connected to yourself, and better equipped to face life’s challenges with confidence. I look forward to getting to know you and helping you create the changes that matter most to you.
