About
As an Associate Therapist, I am passionate about supporting individuals and couples as they navigate life’s challenges, heal from past experiences, and create lives rooted in peace, authenticity, and meaningful connection.
My work is grounded in a trauma-informed, culturally responsive approach. I am especially passionate about destigmatizing mental health within historically marginalized communities of color and helping clients heal from generational trauma. I recognize that our identities, cultures, and lived experiences shape how we move through the world, and I strive to create a therapeutic space where you can share all parts of you safely.
Therapy is a collaborative process, and my goal is to build a relationship where you feel safe enough to explore your experiences without judgment. Together, we’ll develop a deeper understanding of your thoughts, emotions, and patterns while identifying practical tools that support your growth. My role is to offer fresh perspectives, challenge unhelpful narratives, and help you reconnect with your own voice and strengths.
I also work with couples. No one teaches us how to navigate conflict, communicate effectively, or build healthy partnerships. When working with couples, I help partners strengthen communication, rebuild trust, foster emotional and physical intimacy, establish healthy boundaries, and maintain a strong sense of self within the relationship. My goal is to help couples deepen their connection while developing the tools needed to navigate life’s challenges together.
