About
When we feel anxious, depressed, stuck, or disconnected, it’s often a sign that something deeper is asking for our attention. Therapy provides a space to better understand yourself, heal from past experiences, and create meaningful, lasting change.I take an integrative approach to therapy, combining psychodynamic therapy with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I believe our past experiences and relationships shape the way we see ourselves, connect with others, and respond to life’s challenges. Together, we’ll explore the patterns and experiences that continue to influence your present while also developing practical tools to help you manage difficult thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in the here and now.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I strive to create a space where you feel safe to explore your experiences, better understand yourself, and reconnect with who you are beneath the stress, self-doubt, or expectations you’ve been carrying. My goal is not only to help you feel better, but to help you understand yourself on a deeper level so you can build meaningful, lasting change.
