About
Hi! My name is Diana, and I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, and I’m so glad you’re here.
Life can sometimes feel overwhelming during periods of change, loss, anxiety, grief, or uncertainty, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I work with teens, young adults, and adults, offering a warm, supportive, and collaborative space for healing, self-reflection, and growth.
My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy. Together, we can explore how past experiences, childhood wounds, and long-standing patterns may be impacting the way you experience yourself and the world around you. I’m especially passionate about working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, and neurodivergence, helping them better understand themselves with more compassion and less shame.
Alongside depth work, I also incorporate CBT, ACT, and DBT-informed tools to support emotional regulation, self-awareness, and everyday challenges. I believe therapy should feel grounding, authentic, and supportive of each client’s unique needs.
I welcome clients of all identities and backgrounds, and I look forward to connecting with you!
