About
Hello and welcome! My name is Jamie, and I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who feels deeply honored to walk alongside individuals, couples, and families as they move toward greater connection, healing, and emotional well-being. I believe therapy can offer a steady, supportive space where you can slow down, feel seen and heard, and begin to better understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and culturally responsive. I see therapy as a relationship built on trust, care, and working together to understand your experiences, explore what matters most to you, and find tools that feel meaningful and realistic in your day-to-day life. I believe in meeting clients where they are, honoring their story, and moving at a pace that feels respectful of their readiness, needs, and unique circumstances. My hope is to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where clients can bring the parts of themselves that feel overwhelmed, uncertain, or unheard. I support clients navigating anxiety, stress, relationship concerns, life transitions, family conflict, self-esteem, and trauma, and I value the unique strengths, identities, and lived experiences each person brings into the room.
Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply ready for something to shift, I am here to support you with care, curiosity, and compassion. Together, we can work toward deeper insight, stronger relationships, and practical tools that help you navigate everyday life with more clarity and self-compassion. My goal is for therapy to feel like a place where you do not have to have it all figured out, but instead can show up as you are and be met with support. Reaching out can be a vulnerable first step, and I would be honored to walk alongside you as you move toward growth, healing, and a deeper sense of connection.
