AMFT

At the heart of my work is the belief that you already hold so much strength. Sometimes it just needs space, care, and support to come forward. I show up as your advocate and collaborator, meeting you where you are and honoring you as the expert of your own lived experience. Therapy with me is built on trust, respect, and genuine connection.

Growing up in a family that deeply valued compassion and resilience shaped how I move through the world and how I show up for my clients. Past clients have shared that sessions feel like sitting with a trusted family friend who is objective, kind, and deeply compassionate. I strive to bring my authentic self into the room, creating a warm, nonjudgmental space where you feel safe to be fully seen and heard.

I have a particular passion for working with Asian American and Pacific Islander and BIPOC individuals while also welcoming people of all identities and walks of life who are navigating anxiety, depression, imposter syndrome, stress, self-esteem concerns, life transitions, and cultural or identity-related challenges. I understand how layered these experiences can be, especially when balancing personal needs, family expectations, and societal pressures.

My work integrates CBT, person-centered, and strengths-based approaches, while gently exploring how past experiences, patterns, and relationships have shaped you and continue to influence how you show up today. I tailor therapy to your unique needs, helping you reconnect with your inner resources and move toward growth, healing, and a life that feels more aligned and fulfilling.

About Me

Outside of the therapy room, I love cooking with my partner and hosting cozy dinner parties for family and friends. I enjoy unwinding with video game play-throughs, catching up with friends over brunch or coffee, and staying active with regular workouts.
