I love teaching clients new skills to help them get through the difficulties they may be facing. And I am passionate about helping clients get to the root of their problems. With this insight and new tools, clients are equipped to make changes in their lives that increase their happiness.

I work with individuals, couples, teens, and families. I use an integrative approach, combining techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Attachment Theory, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focused.
