Hello and welcome! I’m Talia Webster, an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, and families in navigating life’s challenges and fostering meaningful connections.
In my practice, I approach therapy with kindness, compassion, and a genuine desire to help you feel heard and understood. I understand that taking the first step toward therapy can be daunting, and I strive to create a safe and welcoming space where you can feel comfortable exploring your thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
My therapeutic approach is collaborative and client-centered, meaning that I tailor my approach to meet your unique needs and goals. Whether you’re facing relationship issues, communication struggles, or navigating life transitions, I’m here to provide you with the support, guidance, and tools you need to thrive. I utilize a vast array of modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Family Systems. I have experience addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, bipolar, substance abuse, relationship issues, grief and loss, LGBTQ+, BIPOC, and life transitions.
I believe in the power of human connection and the resilience of the human spirit. Together, we can work towards healing, growth, and building stronger, more fulfilling relationships. No matter where you are on your journey, know that you don’t have to face it alone.
I invite you to take the next step towards positive change and reach out to schedule a session. I look forward to walking alongside you on your path towards greater happiness and well-being.
