With my clients I take a person centered approach. Working together to develop goals to make positive changes in their lives. I tailor each therapeutic experience to meet the needs of my clients as there is no “one size fits all” Theories and approaches that I use most with my clients are CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Social systems, Mindfulness, Strengths Based, Spirituality, and Psychodynamic.
I have worked in an outpatient setting since 2013 where I worked with a variety of individuals. I primarily worked with individuals who struggled with Depression, Anxiety, Adjustment Disorders, life changes and transitions, stress management, interpersonal relationships, members of the Deaf community and LGBT+ community.
