I know how overwhelming life can feel when identity, transitions, grief, and trauma intertwine—especially when navigating ADHD or Autism. Being neurodivergent myself, and focusing my Master’s thesis on the experience, I know how the development of a mask creates burn out and a loss of authentic identity. Whether you are neurodivergent or not, life’s trials can be overwhelming on your own. You are deserving of compassion, clarity, and creative exploration that honors your strengths and capabilities. In our work together, I offer a safe, collaborative space where your story is witnessed without judgment. The current tools that might not be serving you anymore are honored in this space for how they have protected you this far, and gently moving into what does serve and honor the healing and growth journey.
My approach is both evidence-based and holistic. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and compassionate strength-based therapy while integrating creative and somatic practices. This may include art-making, mindfulness, yoga, meditation, movement, and psychoeducation, all woven together to help you set meaningful, achievable goals. I believe therapy is not only about addressing pain, but also about building a deeper relationship with yourself—one that reconnects you with resilience, creativity, and a renewed sense of self.
