It’s common to feel overwhelmed by a whirlwind of thoughts. You might be carrying unprocessed grief from a significant loss, whether it’s betrayal in a relationship, the death of a loved one, losing a job, or estrangement. These unresolved feelings can manifest in subtle yet harmful ways, making it difficult to navigate daily life with confidence. I understand how challenging this can be, and I specialize in supporting you and your loved ones to identify and explore these patterns.
I know that seeking help can be a significant step, and I want you to know that I am here to support you with compassion and care. I utilize evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques, mindfulness, and somatic practices. My goal is to create a personalized plan that truly resonates with you, blending proven techniques in a way that feels right for your unique journey.
As I pursue my PhD in Counseling Psychology, I draw from my 15 years of leadership experience in healthcare administration, where I developed specialized programs to address community health challenges. This journey has equipped me to offer you culturally sensitive, trauma- informed care that takes a holistic approach—one that considers all aspects of your life. In our sessions, you can expect a warm and safe environment where trust can grow amidst vulnerability. Together, we will create a customized plan that supports your healing process, with practical steps designed to empower you and help you embrace your inner strength. At the end of our sessions, I aim to empower you to see yourself as a person of courage and hope. By taking fragments from the road already taken, we will carve a new path ahead of self- assurance and mental well-being.
