Michele Owens

AMFT

I am a compassionate and dedicated therapist working with adolescents and adults ages 13–65. My approach to therapy is integrative, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, and Client-Centered Therapy. I believe that each individual is unique, and I tailor my approach to meet your specific needs, goals, and strengths.

Using CBT techniques, I help clients identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors that may be contributing to distress. Through solution-focused strategies, we work collaboratively to build on your existing strengths and create practical, achievable steps toward positive change. My humanistic and client-centered foundation ensures that our work together is grounded in empathy, respect, and a nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and valued.

I have experience supporting individuals facing stress, anxiety, depression, addiction, and substance use concerns. I am passionate about helping clients develop healthier coping skills, increase self-awareness, and build resilience so they can move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.

My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where you feel empowered to explore challenges, discover solutions, and grow with confidence.
