I specialize in working with a diverse range of clients, including children, teens, young adults, and adults who may be grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or seeking self-growth. I welcome individuals who are part of the LGBTQIA+ community, as well as those who identify as BIPOC. I am a Humanistic therapist who utilizes modalities such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness, meditation, somatic experiencing, expressive arts, and play therapy.

My therapeutic approach is integrative and holistic, facilitating each individual in feeling more grounded and empowered. I value the integration of mind, body, and spirit in living a fulfilling life that is true to you. It is my life’s work to assist individuals to improve their self-esteem, develop skills to navigate life’s challenges, and experience a more fulfilling life.
