Therapies utilized: CBT, CPT, DBT, Mindfulness, EFT, EMDR, Narrative, IFS, Strength-Based, ACT, Gottman Therapy and Couples Relational Life Therapy
The first thing you should know about me is that I believe you are entitled to live your best life as your authentic self. Therapy is a powerful step in that direction and a meaningful emotional investment in that journey. I am passionate and committed to helping you get the most from that investment.
If your relationships are not bringing you joy, if you struggle to recognize your own value, or if you feel stuck, therapy can be your solution. I understand taking that first step can feel intimidating, which is why I strive to create a space that is safe, supportive, and grounded in respect. In sessions with me, you will experience a collaborative environment, where I will meet you where you are and focus on the areas that are most important to you.
Using multiple evidence-based therapies, I help you discover and leverage the strengths and resilience that already exist within you—whether that means managing anger, rebuilding self- esteem, healing past wounds, breaking unhealthy behavior patterns, setting healthy boundaries, or working with those you love to build more fulfilling relationships.
My practice includes working with couples, individuals (ages 13 and above), and families. I have specialized training in treating complex trauma, PTSD, psychosis, as well as anxiety, bipolar disorder, and depression. When focusing on couples I utilize my specialized training in both Relational Life and Gottman Method Therapies.
The growth experienced through your therapeutic journey can be profound – resulting in greater inner peace, stronger self-esteem, healthier and more meaningful relationships, and a renewed sense of agency that can propel you toward the life you truly want. I am here and committed to guiding you with respect, along that path.
