Congratulations on taking the time and effort to find support! It can be intimidating to ask for help and I want to thank you for allowing yourself to be vulnerable and open-minded whether it is for yourself, a family member, or a loved one. I believe that the way we make meaning of the experiences in our lives strongly shapes how we view ourselves and the world around us. I’m passionate about helping my clients cultivate acceptance and empowerment in who they are and what they can do through finding the knowledge and tools that truly help and honor them. I work with all ages (children, teenagers, and adults) and provide individual as well as family sessions.

My main priority is to make therapy a safe, collaborative, and compassionate environment that allows growth without fear of judgment. From difficulties with self-esteem and regulation, to anxiety and trauma, and everything in between, I believe that all therapy should be individualized for every client’s unique needs. I enjoy utilizing a combination of approaches to aid clients’ ability to both work through the challenges they are experiencing and align with who they want to be in this wild world (from play-based therapies, to CBT, DBT, ACT, MI, trauma-informed, and solution-focused therapeutic approaches).

I want to help you better understand you; from your individual brain and body to the skills that both already exist in you and can be further developed to help you in navigating the highs and lows (and everything in between) you find yourself in. Reach out if it sounds like I could be a good fit for your therapy goals.
