BACKGROUND & ABOUT ME:
Hi, my name is Hanieh and I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor. I believe therapy is a space where openness and vulnerability can become powerful pathways toward healing. My goal is to create a safe, collaborative environment where you feel seen, supported, and respected in your story.
Coming from an immigrant background, I value cultural diversity and inclusivity and deeply appreciate the unique perspectives and experiences that shape each individual. I approach therapy with curiosity, warmth, and cultural humility, knowing that every person carries wisdom about their own life. I believe healing happens when we allow vulnerability to meet understanding, and when your story is held with care and respect. I would be honored to walk alongside you in your journey toward resilience, self-discovery, and meaningful change.
WHAT CLIENTS CAN EXPECT:
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially when life feels heavy or overwhelming. Whether you’re carrying past experiences, self-doubt, or challenges in your relationships, you don’t have to sort through it on your own. I strive to create a space where you can show up just as you are — without judgment or pressure. Together, we’ll explore what feels important to you, connect the pieces of your story, and work toward growth that feels authentic and lasting.
