Sometimes life doesn’t unfold the way we imagined. You might be doing your best to keep things together—showing up for others, checking the boxes—but underneath, you’re feeling anxious, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that no longer work. Maybe you’re in the middle of a big change, questioning who you are, or quietly carrying emotions that feel too heavy to hold alone. Therapy can be a place to exhale—a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself in a deeper way.
I work with individuals and couples who are ready to feel more grounded, understood, and connected—to themselves and to each other. Maybe you’re struggling with self-doubt, body image, overthinking, or relationship tension. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way and gently begin to shift it. With couples, I help partners move out of cycles of disconnection and blame, and back into clarity, trust, and care.
I also support children and teens who are learning how to handle big feelings, friendship struggles, or family changes. Using creativity, play, and art, I help younger clients build emotional awareness, confidence, and resilience. I also work closely with parents to strengthen the connection at home and bring more calm into daily life.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I bring curiosity, respect, and a little humor into the room—because therapy should feel like a real conversation, not a performance. Whatever’s feeling heavy or unclear, we’ll make sense of it together. If something in you is ready for a shift, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
