It can often feel challenging to navigate life when you are unsure of your place in the world. Feeling lost in your identity can create intense feelings of overwhelm, anxiety, and depression. This can lead to feeling like you are on autopilot or like life is just passing you by. Whether you’re feeling lost in your sexual orientation, gender identity, spirituality, or relationships, my hope is to help you find balance so that you can live a life that aligns with your values. As an associate clinical social worker, I aim to address the various systems impacting individuals’ lives (family dynamics, interpersonal relationships, career/work, education, physical and mental wellness, and hobbies/ interests) to assist them in achieving their goals. I am able to utilize modalities such as Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavior therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focused Therapy. These modalities are able to support clients struggling with gender exploration, sexual identity development, relationships, substance use disorders, eating disorders, trauma, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, and life transitions.

My goal is to provide you with a safe and non-judgmental environment for you to process challenging emotions and life circumstances. My hope in working with you is to guide you to your true, authentic self. The more you are able to process, communicate, and accept challenging emotions, the more grounded and present you will feel in your daily life.

Everyone has a unique background that impacts how they experience the world. If you want to explore ways your past is impacting you today, reach out and set up a session. I’d love to hear your story. Let’s create a therapeutic relationship built on trust and connection to determine the unique tools you can use to hone in on your strengths and get grounded.
