Caitlyn is a registered associate clinical social worker (ASW) with an M.A. in social work. She received her B.S. in athletic training from Grand Valley State University in Michigan. Caitlyn is passionate about utilizing her skills and knowledge to provide holistic care to individuals that she works with. Caitlyn has experience working with individuals with substance use disorders, trauma, mood disorders, personality disorders, and psychotic disorders.
Caitlyn aims to address the various systems impacting individuals’ lives (family dynamics, interpersonal relationships, career/work, education, physical and mental wellness and hobbies/interests) to assist them in achieving their goals. Caitlyn has experience utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, solution-focused therapy and motivational interviewing. Caitlyn provides individualized care to empower people in their treatment and allow them to find balance and overall health and wellness.
