Hello, I’m Brad. I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, and I’m glad you’re here.
Starting therapy can take courage. Sometimes people come with a clear sense of what they want to work on, and other times they simply know that something in life feels overwhelming, stuck, or out of balance. My goal is to create a space where you feel respected, understood, and supported as we explore those experiences together.
My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that people are inherently capable and resourceful. Even during difficult moments, individuals and families are doing the best they can with the resources available to them. Therapy can help uncover new perspectives, strengthen coping skills, and reconnect people with their own capacity for growth and change.
I view therapy as a collaborative process of reflection, curiosity, and discovery. Often meaningful change begins with small steps. Developing greater awareness, understanding patterns, and trying new ways of responding to challenges can gradually lead to stronger resilience, healthier relationships, and a greater sense of alignment in life.
My background includes experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. I value supporting people who are navigating stress, life transitions, emotional challenges, and relationship concerns.
I look forward to meeting you where you are and supporting meaningful and lasting change.
