Angela Harris

AMFT

Hi, thank you for being here. My name is Angela Harris. I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. I know reaching out for support isn’t always easy, and it takes real courage to take that first step. I want you to know that you’re not alone, and I feel truly honored to walk alongside people as they move through life’s challenges, heal from past pain, and grow into their strengths.

My approach to therapy is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and respect for your unique story. Real, lasting change happens when you feel safe, seen, and heard. Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, so I draw from a range of evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and strengths-based approaches and tailor our work to what feels most helpful to you.

I’m especially passionate about supporting folks from marginalized and underserved communities. I bring a deep commitment to equity, inclusion, and cultural humility into my work, and I honor how systemic and generational trauma can shape our experiences. I aim to offer a space where your whole self is welcome, where your voice, background, and values matter.

Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to start, I’m here to support you in reconnecting with yourself and creating the life you want at your own pace, in your way. This is your space. I’ll meet you with warmth, honesty, and support every step of the way. I look forward to meeting you.

“The good life is a process, not a state of being. It is a direction not a destination.”
