Compassionate Therapy for Growth, Healing, and Lasting Change

I am a Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to helping adults, teens, children, and families move out of survival mode and into growth, connection, and resilience. My work is grounded in self-awareness, personal growth, and practical skill-building, with the belief that meaningful change happens when clients feel supported, understood, and empowered.

I have extensive experience working with teens and young adults and also work closely with adults navigating anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, substance use and recovery, and life transitions. I provide therapy to children, college students, adults, and families, including those impacted by foster care and adoption. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and strength-based, integrating trauma-informed care and developmentally appropriate strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs. A central focus of my work is helping teens, adults, and families build emotional regulation, improve communication, and strengthen relationships during challenging periods. I also provide affirming support around body image and self-confidence concerns, including medical and non-medical hair loss, across the lifespan. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, reconnect with their strengths, and move forward with clarity and confidence. It is a privilege to walk alongside clients as they build insight, develop coping skills, and work toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.
