AMFT

Therapy shouldn’t make you feel small or broken. I work from the belief that you already have the answers, even when they’re hard to see. My job is to help you find your way back to that wisdom and trust yourself again.

I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. I’ve trained in community-based settings and private practice, working with individuals, couples, and families of all ages navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, identity development, chronic stress, and life’s messier moments.

I work from a narrative therapy foundation, creating space between you and the problems in your life so you can see things more clearly and make decisions that feel good to you. As a certified Reiki Master, I bring a holistic, mind-body lens to our work and integrate somatic and mindfulness practices when they align with your goals. I’m especially drawn to working with chronic pain, invisible illness, grief, and life transitions. I’m comfortable with complexity and don’t shy away from the uncomfortable conversations that often lead to the most meaningful change.

Therapy is a space to reflect, grow, and figure out what you want your life to look like. If you’ve ever felt misunderstood, dismissed, or reduced to your symptoms, let’s create a different kind of space together.
