I honor where each participant is in their healing journey. Whether you are new to therapy or have prior experiences, I believe that each participant’s healing journey begins with developing a stronger sense of awareness to identify your unique individual needs. I believe people are innately worthy, and when they are provided with a space to be seen, heard, and understood, people intrinsically look inward for healing. I am passionate about collaboration, human connection, and holding space for healing in supporting you to cultivate positive change in your life.

I am a Spanish and English-speaking Associate Clinical Social Worker (#103764) in Carlsbad. I am a proud first-generation Latina graduate of California State University, Long Beach. Through my educational training and professional experiences, I cultivated a strong background in supporting adults (18+) facing life challenges and transitions. This includes but is not limited to dating and/or interpersonal relationship challenges, trauma, abuse/neglect, stressful life transitions, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, and PTSD. I utilize evidence-based, strengths-based, trauma-informed, harm-reduction, and attachment theory frameworks to introduce narrative therapy, CBT, DBT, meditation, mindfulness, and art techniques. I would be honored to work alongside you to explore your strengths and actualize your growth to develop a profound sense of self and purpose.

I look forward to connecting with you!
