Aileen Tran

AMFT & APCC

As a therapist, I am passionate about understanding generational dynamics. Driven by my experience as a second-generation immigrant, I am committed to providing an environment where exploration, learning, and transformative experiences can unfold. My work is grounded in curiosity and compassion, as we navigate through the different aspects within you. Together, we will create a safe space for questions, understanding, and finding a way forward.

In my sessions, I often blend Narrative therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS), keeping things simple to foster a creative space where your story unfolds naturally. We’ll shed some light on the different parts within you, aiming for harmony and integration by recognizing how familial influences shape your worldview, relationships, and self-perception. This process might involve using art or play to explore beyond the reach of traditional talk therapy.

Our conversations may touch on various topics – depression, anxiety, PTSD, suicidal thoughts, grief & loss, cultural exploration, relationship issues, or struggles with self-esteem – but I am not interested in fitting your story into a specific mold. Drawing from my own life experiences, I embrace the richness of diverse backgrounds. I am here to meet you where you are, rooted in understanding and empathy.

If this resonates with you, I invite you to reach out. Together, we can uncover your strengths and resilience, creating a path that feels genuine, empowering, and uniquely yours
