Hello! My name is Christine and I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT). I believe anyone and everyone can benefit from therapy, whether you are an individual experiencing symptoms, a couple who seeks support in your relationship, or a family unit that desires change. I am passionate about helping clients identify problem areas, understand their history, and develop healthy perceptions and behaviors.

In therapy, you can expect a safe space where there is collaboration, empathy, understanding, and growth. Together we will explore the tools and resources that will help you through your challenges, whether it involves processing your thoughts and emotions, shifting unhealthy patterns and behaviors, increasing self-awareness and confidence, or building stronger relationships.

My goal is to support each client through your own unique story and challenges, meaning I will use a variety of approaches to best meet your needs. This includes Narrative therapy, Strength-Based therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Gottman, and more.
