Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially when life feels overwhelming, confusing, or lonely. You might be feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure how to navigate your emotions and relationships. I offer a warm, supportive, and judgment-free space where you can show up as your full self and start to better understand what’s happening inside you and around you. I know how challenging it can be to balance life’s responsibilities while still making time for yourself. I believe in the importance of self-care and will work with you to prioritize your emotional and mental well-being, even amidst everyday stress. Creating a space where you feel seen, heard, and genuinely supported is at the heart of what I do.

I take an integrative and holistic approach, using evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, narrative, and solution-focused therapies. I also incorporate mindfulness, grounding strategies, and creative interventions like yoga and art therapy-always tailored to your unique needs. I believe in the power of understanding your emotions, regulating your nervous system, and learning to sit with discomfort as part of your healing process.

I work with children, teens, individual adults, and couples or relationships, helping navigate challenges such as anxiety (including social, performance (sports), and test anxiety), panic attacks, ADHD, depression, trauma and PTSD, relationship and family dynamics, academic stress, life transitions, self-esteem and body image concerns, grief, domestic violence, cultural issues, and LGBTQ+ support.

My goal is to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and in control of your emotions and your life. Outside of therapy, I enjoy traveling, attending concerts, reading, baking, and spending time outdoors-whether that’s relaxing by the beach, practicing yoga, or taking an evening walk. I value time with my family, friends, and fur babies, and I’m also a big sports fan and love catching a live game whenever I can.
