Hello, I’m Daniel, and I’m glad you’re here. Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. I strive to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported as we work toward meaningful growth.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I help clients build resilience, process difficult emotions, and develop practical tools for everyday life. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, or navigating a life transition, we’ll move at a pace that feels safe and aligned with your goals.
I work with children, teens, individuals, families, and older adults. My experience includes facilitating grief support groups, providing individual counseling that incorporates art therapy for children and adults, and working with youth and families in both traditional and experiential settings. I draw from evidence-based approaches to tailor therapy to each person’s unique needs.
Therapy is a collaborative process, and my goal is to help you reconnect with your strengths, deepen self-understanding, and create lasting change.
