Hi, I’m Olivia, and I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT). I’m so glad you’re here. Life can feel challenging, confusing, and overwhelming at times, and it’s not always easy to find a place where you feel truly seen and heard. I’ve always cared deeply about creating a safe, compassionate space where people can talk about what’s on their minds, reflect on their experiences, and feel supported. That passion led me to study psychology and become a therapist, and I feel grateful to do this work every day.
I believe therapy should be a calm, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and relationships at your own pace. I use a variety of approaches, including attachment- focused work, psychodynamic therapy, person-centered therapy, CBT, and DBT. Together, we’ll work to understand what’s affecting you, build helpful coping skills, and find ways to support you through life. My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make choices that feel right for you and align with who you are.
WHAT CLIENTS CAN EXPECT
In our work together, you can expect a space where you feel safe, respected, and supported. I want to meet you exactly where you are and honor your unique experiences. Therapy with me is collaborative, you are the expert in your life, and I walk alongside you, offering curiosity, insight, and practical tools. Together, we’ll explore your goals, process challenges, and work toward meaningful change in a way that feels manageable and authentic.
