Hello! I’m Kelsie, an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from National University and bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UC Davis.
I work with individuals of all ages and have a deep interest in supporting those navigating challenging obstacles within their day-to-day life. Whether you’re new to therapy or returning, I strive to create a space that feels safe, collaborative, and attuned to your goals.
My therapeutic style is relational and insight-oriented, blending narrative, contextual, and psychodynamic approaches to help you explore the stories you tell about yourself and your relationships. I integrate mindfulness-informed techniques and practical skills to support healing and growth. Working from a strength-based and trauma-informed lens, I help clients cultivate resilience and reconnect with their sense of agency.
Therapy is a space where you are seen and heard without judgment. Together, we’ll uncover patterns, make meaning of your experiences, and work toward healing in ways that feel authentic and aligned with your values. Wherever you’re starting from, you are welcome here.
