AMFT

I see therapy as an opportunity to pause, reflect, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been overlooked in the busyness of life. My role is to walk alongside you with warmth and openness as you navigate this journey.

Maybe you’ve been feeling a little off lately, like something’s missing, but you can’t quite put your finger on it. You’re holding it together, going to work or school, showing up for friends and family, doing what’s expected… but under the surface, you’re wondering if life is supposed to feel a little more “you” than it does right now.

You don’t have to be in crisis to want support. Sometimes therapy is simply a place to untangle the swirl in your head, make sense of your feelings, and reconnect with parts of yourself you haven’t spent much time with lately.

I work with people in those in-between seasons, the “is this it?” moments, the quiet identity shifts, and the life transitions that feel both exciting and overwhelming. Many of my clients are women navigating periods of change, whether it’s the identity and relationship questions that often come up in your 20s and 30s, or the deeper shifts that can unfold in later stages of life. My goal is to offer a space that feels safe, warm, and collaborative, somewhere you don’t have to have all the answers, just the willingness to show up as you are.

My approach draws from Person-Centered Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting, Positive Psychology, and mindfulness-based practices. Depending on what you need, we might explore the deeper “why” behind your patterns or focus on tools for calming anxiety, quieting self-doubt, and feeling more connected to your day-to-day.

I welcome clients of all identities, including LGBTQIA+ individuals, and I bring a trauma-informed lens to our work together. You don’t need to figure it all out before you begin. Therapy can be a place to renew, recharge, and rediscover a sense of trust in yourself. I’d be honored to walk alongside you as you sort through whatever life is asking of you right now.
