I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC) with a heart for helping children, teens, and young adults heal from trauma and connect with their inner strength.

Through my work in schools, community clinics, and supporting wildfire survivors in Sonoma County, I’ve seen just how powerful a safe, supportive space can be—especially for young people navigating big emotions and tough experiences. As a trauma survivor myself, I bring both professional training and deep personal empathy into the therapy room.
