Jessica Robinson

As a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist I help clients develop healthy relationships and secure attachments with others. I specialize in maternal mental health, providing compassionate and evidence-based care to women navigating perinatal and postpartum mood and anxiety disorders. I also have extensive experience working with military families, college-aged individuals, and couples adjusting to parenthood. My therapeutic approach is eclectic, drawing primarily from psychodynamic and client-centered frameworks. I integrate Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method when addressing attachment dynamics in couples work. Additionally, I utilize evidence-based interventions from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to treat mood-related conditions. I have specialized training in Perinatal Mental Health and am in the process of becoming certified (PMH-C). In addition to my clinical work, I offer clinical supervision to associate-level therapists pursuing licensure. I provide supportive and reflective supervision focused on developing strong clinical skills, self-awareness, and ethical practice.
