My therapeutic approach is creative, intuitive, and focused on helping clients create meaningful, lasting change in their lives. I integrate a variety of modalities, with a particular emphasis on narrative and solution-focused interventions, as well as internal family systems (IFS), parts work, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).
I have experience working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, relationship issues, life transitions, grief, and self-esteem concerns. My aim is not just to reduce symptoms, but to explore their root causes and create lasting shifts in the environments and patterns that sustain them.
When working with children, I use art and play-based interventions to help them develop coping skills, emotional regulation, conflict resolution, and mindfulness skills. I also strongly believe that effective therapy with children and teenagers involves active parent participation. To support both the child and the family as a whole, I offer parent management training and coaching. By equipping parents with practical tools and strategies, I help foster a stronger parent-child connection and a more supportive home environment.
My approach is holistic, strengths-based, and collaborative, with the goal of creating lasting, positive changes in both mental health and interpersonal relationships.
I look forward to connecting with you!
