Day-to-day life can become so difficult at times that we lose touch or disconnect from ourselves. While we often try our best to stay true to ourselves, sometimes the pressure we receive from society and others can influence us. For some, this relates to how one’s lived experiences, cultural identities, relationships, careers, and environments impact their ability to live a happy and healthy life.

I value what it means for someone to be seen for who they truly are and who they want to become. As a therapist I am passionate about helping clients bridge the gap between their goals, fears, traumas, and dreams. More importantly, I understand the level of courage that clients must have to embark on a journey of self-growth. Collaboratively, I help clients lean into their innate power and strength so they may find the motivation, coping skills, and security to move past the anxiety of what life “could” or “should” be. My goal is to help you show up in life as your most ideal self by provide you with skills to help you navigate life’s hardships and support you throughout your journey.

My clinical experience consists of working with children, teens, adults, families, couples, and groups. Some topics that I have assisted clients with consist of: Depression, Anxiety, LGBTQ+ topics, Gender Dysphoria, grief and loss, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), suicidal thoughts, life transitions, identity issues, relationship/ interpersonal issues, trauma/ complex trauma, and emotional dysregulation.
I use a variety of different treatment approaches to assist clients such as: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Person-Centered, Strength-Based Therapy, Solution-Focused, Play Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, LGBTQ-Affirming Therapy and Narrative Therapy.

My education includes a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in queer studies and a M.S. in Clinical Psychology from California State University, Fullerton. I was born and raised in California and love it too much to leave! In my free time I love spending time with loved ones (including my cat and dogs), exploring nature and going for walks, singing, watching reality tv shows, and practicing yoga.

It would be my honor to connect with you and help you along your journey of self-improvement!
