Day-to-day life can become so difficult at times that we lose touch or disconnect from ourselves. While we often try our best to stay true to ourselves, sometimes the pressure we receive from society and others can influence us. For some, this relates to how one’s lived experiences, cultural identities, relationships, careers, and environments impact their ability to live a happy and healthy life.
I value what it means for someone to be seen for who they truly are and who they want to become. As a therapist I am passionate about helping clients bridge the gap between their goals, fears, traumas, and dreams. More importantly, I understand the level of courage that clients must have to embark on a journey of self-growth. Collaboratively, I help clients lean into their innate power and strength so they may find the motivation, coping skills, and security to move past the anxiety of what life “could” or “should” be. My goal is to help you show up in life as your most ideal self by provide you with skills to help you navigate life’s hardships and support you throughout your journey.
