Nera Vajic


As a therapist, I aim to create a warm and compassionate environment to help individuals,
couples, and families navigate life’s various challenges. Guided by humanistic psychology
principles, I believe in each individual’s innate capacity to heal through self-discovery within a
supportive and genuine therapeutic relationship. As such, my approach to working with clients is
person-centered and integrative, tailored to meet their unique needs.

Working from an attachment lens, I support my clients in understanding and addressing patterns
from early relational experiences to foster healthier and more fulfilling relationships in the
present. Additionally, I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities to promote introspection
and authentic self-expression, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and
Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization &
Reprocessing (EMDR).

You are the expert of your own life, and my role is to aid and guide you in exploring your
thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment. As your advocate, I am here to support
you on your journey toward healing and meaningful growth.
